- Walk with a friend several
days a week; reach for 30 minutes a day
- Use the stairs instead of
the elevator
- Park far away from your office
or the stores. Walk in.
- Plan family time together
that includes physical activity
- Walk to school if you can
- Get out and enjoy nature
